After suffering for many years on and off with periods of insomnia. I had given up on a cure and and was at a point of depression.
I manage maybe 2 good nights a week, with the rest averaging two or three hours sleep a night, leaving me tired and unable to concentrate.
Thanks to you I am now sleeping well the majority of the time, even when sharing a bed with my boyfriend.
I have also become a fan of brainwave entertainment too and use the recordings regularly to relax my mind in the evening.
